Meet Our Leadership — Jody & Heather Harris
Kingdom Staffing is led by Jody and Heather Harris, a husband-and-wife team who bring decades of professional leadership, operational experience, and a shared commitment to helping individuals build meaningful, productive futures.
Jody Harris, a U.S. Army disabled veteran, entrepreneur, and business consultant, brings more than 30 years of combined experience in military service, law enforcement support, private security, government contracting, business operations, and organizational leadership. His professional background includes domestic and international operations and contracting experience involving the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, Tennessee Department of Human Resources, Tennessee Carriers, and Verida, including experience in medical transportation operations.
Jody holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a concentration in Project Management, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds Lean Six Sigma certifications. As the owner of Kingdom Staffing and Legacy Elite Inc., he brings real-world business experience together with a service-oriented approach to leadership.
Heather Harris brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, operations management, and business administration, with both domestic and international experience. Her expertise centers on developing reliable financial systems, strengthening internal controls, organizing bookkeeping practices, improving administrative processes, and creating efficient day-to-day business operations.
Together, Jody and Heather combine strategic leadership with practical business execution. Their complementary backgrounds allow them to understand both sides of building a successful organization—from developing the vision and managing people to maintaining the financial and operational systems necessary to sustain long-term growth.

Kingdom Staffing LLC takes a more personal approach, setting us apart and above other staffing services. We specialize in second-chance employment, clients with mental illnesses, and/or criminal backgrounds.
We are providers of the Vocational Rehabilitation Program (VR) is part of the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services. The VR Program assists eligible individuals with disabilities to prepare for and secure competitive integrated employment through person-centered, outcome-driven, education, employment, and support services. VR is responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. Some services, because of their unique nature are best provided by Community Rehabilitation Providers (CRP). As a service provider, the CRP supports VR’s mission to obtain long term employment for individuals with disabilities which meet all requirements for competitive integrated employment as defined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
